Description

The OMEC F13S automatic milling machine has been designed to produce sides and covers grooves. The F13S model has two blades groups for cutting grooves in various dimensions and positions.

Compared to the F13 model, the machine allows the cutting of grooves of different widths without having to replace the blades but acting only on position indicators. The possibility of adjusting the piece feed speed, the increase in the number of revolutions of the blades and the possibility of staggering them, allow an optimal finishing of the groove and an increase in productivity.

The machine cuts single pieces. The pieces are fed out of the infeed magazine, then to the milling cycle, then fed to exit, completely automatically. The machine is controlled by a pushbutton panel and a control panel. The F13S model is controlled by a CNC system that is programmed for the maximum flexibility and highest machining speed. The machine is extremely easy and fast to adjust thanks to the adjuster shafts and position indicators.
